As parents, fitness lovers, and busy professionals, we understand how hard it is to juggle real life with a commitment to staying healthy. For Matt, a veteran and lifelong athlete, staying strong has always been a part of who he is. But one thing that always bugged him? The endless shaker bottles, the chalky powders, and the mess that came with trying to get his supplements in.

So we decided to change that.

Matt developed Flex Flavor as a way to simplify the fitness routine without sacrificing results — or flavor. Our goal was simple: create a bold, delicious seasoning packed with performance-enhancing ingredients like Creatine and Glutamine, so you can season your food and fuel your body—no shaker required.
